In-app help

Open the Home Concierge app and tap Profile → Support to message us about any booking. Every visit is documented with photos and receipts, so we can resolve issues fast.

Response times

  • Email support: within a few hours, 7 days a week.
  • White Glove members: 1-hour concierge response.
  • Active job issues: prioritized — reach us in-app during a visit.

Our service guarantee

If a service wasn't right, report it within 24 hours of completion and we'll arrange a free rework or issue a credit. Because every visit includes timestamped before/after photos, there's never a he-said-she-said.

Cancellations & reschedules

Cancel or reschedule anytime in the app. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your window are free, and weather-related reschedules are always free.
