Home Concierge is a premium managed service for household care in Los Angeles. However you reach us, a real person answers — no phone trees. If something about a service wasn't right, we'll make it right.
Open the Home Concierge app and tap Profile → Support to message us about any booking. Every visit is documented with photos and receipts, so we can resolve issues fast.
If a service wasn't right, report it within 24 hours of completion and we'll arrange a free rework or issue a credit. Because every visit includes timestamped before/after photos, there's never a he-said-she-said.
Cancel or reschedule anytime in the app. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your window are free, and weather-related reschedules are always free.
