How are providers vetted?
Every provider submits business registration, insurance, and applicable licenses, and every worker clears a background check. Our compliance engine re-checks those requirements before a provider is ever assigned to your job — if a document is missing or expired, they simply can't be booked.
What does membership include vs. cost extra?
Membership covers booking, member pricing, and priority scheduling. Hard costs — materials, groceries, disposal, third-party cleaning — are always passed through transparently and shown before you confirm.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, anytime in the app. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your window are free; weather reschedules are always free.
What if something goes wrong?
Report it within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a free rework or a credit. Every visit is documented, so there's never a he-said-she-said.
